Cancellation Policy

Our regular tours can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour and no-shows will be charged the full tour price per customer. 

The conditions for cancelling and changing bookings also apply to bookings made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour. 

Exceptions: For multi-day tours, a cancellation deadline of 48 hours before the start of the tour applies.
