Travel Tips
To make your Road trip an unforgettable adventure, we would like you to consider the following recommendations:
Wear comfortable layers: Dress in layers to adjust to changing temperatures throughout the day.
A light jacket or sweater is advisable even in summer due to mountainous weather changes and for the visit of Rhone Glacier in “3 Passes And A Glacier” tour.
Sturdy footwear: Wear or bring comfortable walking shoes, like sneakers or hiking boots suitable for short walks in uneven terrain during breaks, and for visiting the Glacier.
Plus light shoes: Take an extra pair of light shoes or flip flops along for the drive for your convenience.
Sun protection: Sunglasses, hat, or cap, and sunscreen is advisable, as the alpine environment can intensify UV exposure.
Rain gear: Pack a waterproof jacket or poncho, as mountain weather can be unpredictable, and a light rain shower may occur.
Bring a shawl or scarf to ensure you feel comfotable during the drive or if you are wind sensitive.

Availability of Swiss Mountain Tours adventures:
Klausen Pass Adventure is available on all days throughout the week.
Pragel Pass & Lake Klöntal Adventure is available from Monday through Friday only. Not on Saturdays or Sundays, because the Pragel Pass is closed for motor vehicles on weekends.
3 Passes and a Glacier Adventure (Switzerland’s Royal Route) is available on all days throughout the week.
Important notice:
- All our legendary Ford Mustang Convertible tours are most enjoyable on a sunny day. In the event of forecasted heavy rain or fog, we will reschedule your adventure at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you have the best possible experience.
